  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Hard-boil the eggs (about 10 minutes).
  2. Chop the eggs into small pieces (larger pieces of egg white often fail to mix with butter).
  3. Mix chopped eggs with butter.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Use as sandwich spread.
