Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, diced

  • 2 carrots, diced
  • ½–¾ cup mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cook all vegetables separately until tender, but not too soft.
  2. Allow to cool completely.
  3. Dress with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.

Notes
