Hartshorne Sweet Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 glasses red wine
  • 1 glass vinegar
  • 3 tsp cullis (strong meat broth)
  • A bit of sugar
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • A little cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
