  • Fresh palm oil

  • Fresh chile pepper, blended to paste
  • Utazi leaves, shredded

Method

  1. Cook the yam pieces in salted boiling water for a few minutes.
  2. Drain the yam pieces. Toss the yam with palm oil, salt, fresh pepper, and utazi leaves.
