Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 mL) water
  • 1 tea bag or 1 tsp (5 mL) loose leaf tea

Method

  1. Boil the water.
  2. Steep the tea bag or loose leaf tea in the water for five minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bag or strain out the tea leaves.
  4. Boil the tea until 90% has evaporated and only 10% of the original volume remains.
